The basic objective of the University shall be to organize undergraduate courses of study in engineering and technology, especially in emerging areas, post-graduate courses in basic sciences, applied sciences and management education. The University is also to develop a Centre of Excellence for higher studies and research in science, technology, engineering and management, particularly in emerging areas.
